Out of Box Music summer program is going on in our church campus. It is our community program and we just rent out spaces. However, they are eager to teach less fortunate family youth and young adults music.
They believe that music can bring diverse people into one community. “Music is the best and most powerful ways to build freindships, owrk collaboratively, develop meadership skills and build community” they say.
I am glad that our church is the location that they choose to have their mission project. “Our mission is to give underserved youth FREE access to music-making opportunities.” What a great vision that they have! Our church youth can also use this service!
