Ministry Life Groups
Central seems like a big place but don’t let size fool you. We have many ways to get connected and start developing new friendships. We are a church built on personal relationships that span many generations. We hope you will come and be a part of one or more of our Central Ministry Life Groups.
Please check back for our Ministry Life Groups once our facility reopens (closed due to COVID)
Caregivers’ Support Group
Thursdays
2 pm via ZOOM
Caring for someone in need is one of the greatest gifts we can give in this life. At times however, caregivers may feel overwhelmed, frustrated or alone. It is completely natural and normal to feel this way. The Central Caregivers’ Support Group, under the leadership of Martha Tipton, will help you find ways to care for yourself as you care for the person in your life. This group is open to the greater Stockton community.
Sunday Afternoon Book Group
Various Sundays via ZOOM
This group meets every month (currently via ZOOM) to discuss the book of the month. Past books include Delicious! by Ruth Reichl, Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens and A Gentlemen in Moscow by Amor Towles.
