Staff parich relations committee decided to have a staff appreciation day. They gave thank you card with a small gift card and home made brunch.
Suzi, the chair, mention everybody how much she and our church appreciate the ministries that staff do. We are also reminded that we have liaisions who can bridge between staff and the congregation.
It was a great day for staff members. We felt great support from church and from other staff members. We shared our feeling and thoughts during the staff meeting.
