We Have Come to Worship the Lord

Leader: As a community of God, we gather to claim the power of God’s love in our lives.
People: We come to witness to the healing reality of that love as we stand together in worship and praise.
Leader: For we know that without love, we wander and fall.
People: Without love, the vision fails.
Leader: Without love, we will not see who is absent from our tables.
People: Without love, we will accept the incomplete as whole, and the broken as complete.
All: But with God’s love we will see with new eyes, we will seek with new zeal, we will find with fresh rejoicing. Amen.
